Unwind on our spacious back deck & watch a sunset or walk to the pool for a refreshing swim. Wake up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise over the dunes. You are less than 15 minutes away from multiple state parks & miles of hiking trails. Watch the skies for a flyby from our beloved Blue Angels. Head west to sweet home Alabama and be sure to have a bushwhacker at the Florabama. Our condo is on the ground floor and has only one step up to door for ease of access. There are two chairs on the front deck for you to sit and look across the two-lane street to get a glimpse of the water. If you rather be at the ocean, you will leave our condo and cross the street to arrive at our boardwalk to the beach. From our front door to the sand on the beach is about 450 feet. Our large back deck has two chairs and a bench. It is a great place to start and end your day. The community grill and the pool are both just a few steps away. One spacious bedroom with views of sunrises over the dunes. A king size bed, a ROKU television and ample storage for your belongings. We have 2 twin rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses that can be easily set up in the living room. One bathroom with a large, walk-in shower. The kitchen is stocked with essential utensils, cooking equipment, spices (salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder), and oil to prepare meals. Large counter-height bar attached to kitchen counter with seating for four. Coffee station has a Keurig and 10-cup pot, so you can chose what best serves your needs. Other appliances are refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and a microwave. The living room has a ROKU television, a comfy chair and a couch. There is a view of the ocean from the front windows. A separate laundry room with a full-sized, high-efficiency washer and dryer. There is ceiling fan in the living room and in the bedroom. Entire condo A parking pass will be available in the condo when you check in. Please make it visible in your car while parking and be sure to follow all parking rules. (Only one car allowed.) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will be $20 for the first hour and $10 for each hour after. (Unapproved late check-out will incur higher penalty pricing of $100 an hour)
