There is free, off street parking at the property for one standard size car, as well as public transport nearby. A short walk away is the scenic Lindisfarne foreshore, cafes, pizza, and an IGA. This peaceful unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space This property has one bedroom with a king bed, that can be split into two singles upon request. There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and even a stand mixer if you're into baking! The bathroom in the property also houses complete laundry facilities. There is a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with sweeping views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range. We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started. Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too. Guest access Cosy Cottesloe is in a block of 4 units and it's situated underneath another unit, but they both have their own private, external entrances and individual car parking spaces. There are CCTV cameras outside that monitor the car park and entrance to the property, but there are NO cameras inside the property.
