Other things to note Access to this home is via stairs only. There are 3 flights so guests must be able to climb stairs to this top floor apartment. Please note the stairs are rather steep, so for family with prams and young children it may not be very suitable. Bedrooms and bathroom are small in size so a cozy fit. Bedroom 1 : Queen bed Bedroom 2 : Double bed PARKING No parking space is available with this home. Metered street parking is available directly in front of the apartment, with 2-hour free parking on the surrounding streets. Alternatively, all-day free street parking can be found on Wallis Parade, Military Road or Blair Street. You may apply for a short term residents permit to park out front day/ night . The short term residents permit is easiest to obtain from The Bondi Pavilion .  - Short-Term Visitor Parking Permit (30 days). - Daily Visitor Permit (10 daily passes). They will issue it to you on the spot. You will need ID, proof of rental ( Airbnb confirmation) and the car registration number.  For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected. Free all night parking is also available on all streets from 10pm. * Please be advised that construction is currently underway at the building next door. Construction hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There will be no construction activities on Sundays or public holidays. * Please note that freezer door is slightly faulty.
