Luxury Guesthouse - Amazing Wakatipu Lake Views

Your luxurious Queenstown experience starts here staying at our stunning home with amazing panoramic Wakatipu Lake views and an epic backdrop of The Remarkables. Recently renovated to give our guests a very special place to stay ensuring every moment is enjoyed whilst visiting this truly magical town. In a great central location about 3 mins drive / 16 mins walk (down hill) to the town centre, 24 mins drive to Coronet Peak Ski Field, 9 mins to airport. The space We have created is a very private/secure area on the lower level of our house with it’s own private entry and deck/porch. Everything has been designed to a very high standard with its own unique style you are sure to enjoy: ★ Master bedroom with beautiful lake and mountain views has a king size bed, leather couch & coffee table, 42" TV streaming Netflix/Disney+/Amazon Prime plus excellent heating & aircon. ★ Kitchenette is fully equipped including a breakfast bar (workspace) with lake views, Nespresso coffee machine, single cooktop, mini oven, microwave, small fridge/freezer, heater, drying cupboard for snow gear and a washing machine/dryer. ★ Private deck with stunning panoramic lake and mountain views. Enjoy watching all the jet boats rides fly pass and waking up to continuously changing views. ★ Bathroom is large with a toilet, wall heater, heated towel rails and a high pressure shower. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need including: ample fresh towels, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, hairdryer etc. We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen/duvet covers, towels. During your stay the home will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved. Guest access You have full private access to the entire lower level apartment to enjoy as you please. You also have shared use of the backyard which has a trampoline and a swing ball set that on rare occasions our son and his friends may pop down to play. We may also work on our garden at the very bottom of the backyard. You do not have access to the upper level areas of our house where we live but always welcome to say hi :-) Other things to note ➤ We can offer off street parking but we are near a street corner so it can be a bit tricky/dangerous to pull out if your not used to it. Just jet us know if you need to use our parking and we will send you more information on this. There is plenty of free on-street parking near the house where we often park our own cars and are only a minutes walk and very safe. Please don't park on the grass in front of the neighbor's house. ➤ The guesthouse is on the lower level of our house. It has extensive sound proofing in the main bedroom area which blocks most noise, especially anything vocal, but it's not 100% perfect so it's possible you might slightly hear the odd loud noise. It's also possible to hear some noise in the hallway as there is a locked private door & stairway that connects up to the upper level. ➤ It's important you don't cook/reheat any oily strong smelling food (like curries/bacon or with fish sauce ) in our kitchenette as our place is just not suited for this. If this happens, It can take us days of cleaning and airing the place before we can get rid of the odor. if we don't the next guest will complain and leave bad reviews :'( and we often have guests checking in the same day as the last guests so no fun for anyone. ➤ We prepare everything before you arrive, providing you with fresh/clean premium linen and towels. The bedding is not made up with a top sheet, we use fresh/clean duvet covers for every guest. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of any additional charges. ➤ Coffee/Tea/Milk supplies are complimentary (Free of charge) to help to get you started. These will not be replentish during your stay. ➤ Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance now that you have made your reservation.
