The rural building, dating back to the early eighteenth century, is located in a privileged position in the extreme and intact Alta Tuscia. This place, which we call "Trivium", is an unspoiled and borderless area that extends between three regions: Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany. Located a few kilometers from the renowned spas of San Casciano dei Bagni, the building offers a unique crossroads that combines the charm of Lazio, green Umbria and fascinating Tuscany. The space The stone building is located 602 meters above sea level, offering a panoramic view that embraces the ancient town of Trevinano, the castle of medieval origin, and splendid sunsets over Mount Amiata. To the north, the hills follow one another up to Radicofani and the Val d'Orcia, while to the west stands the bright Orvieto and to the south the enchanting Lake Bolsena. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by a limited number of rooms, each with a private bathroom, where attention to detail is paramount: beds, furniture and doors in solid wood, Murano glass lamps, handmade terracotta tiles in Castel Viscardo and decorative touches of Vietri.
