Time share condo on VA beach (5-7 days only) - directly overlooking the boardwalk (living room and balcony face the ocean). Walk (or trolley) to restaurants, entertainment, and the beach; rooftop outdoor pool w/ bar. It is toward the quiet /South end of the Boardwalk (5th St.). Good for couples, families, friends, or solo adventurers. There is a separate bedroom (2 queen beds) & living space (with pull-out queen sofa), plus a small kitchen (stove top, full fridge, microwave, coffee pot). The space One bedroom suite. Living room and balcony face the ocean. Small kitchen in the living space with stove top, full fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and cooking utensils. Couch & TV in the living space. Separate bedroom has 2 queen beds (all sheets & pillows), TV, & full bathroom with shampoo/conditioner, soap, and towels. Guest access This is a centrally managed condo - similar to a hotel; you will check in at the front desk, where the reservation will be under your name. You will get key cards to come and go from the building and your suite. Other things to note I am required to put this listing in your name with the timeshare company, which requires a phone number. Please acknowledge this in your rental request.
