The space This two-storey dwelling offers an amazing setting, where the living and dining areas lead out to the patio, the ideal spot for outdoor meals. Equipped with the most up-to-date kitchen appliances, such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher and bonus wine fridge, the kitchen has all that is necessary for an enjoyable holiday. You can opt for either of the two outdoor lounging areas: one in the garden and the other on the first-floor balcony.The residence provides a sleeping capacity of up to six people, featuring three bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and direct access to the balcony, while the third room holds a double bed and the same access. The main bathroom contains a luxurious full-sized bathtub, double vanity and shower . In addition, a separate downstairs bathroom has a shower, second toilet and vanity and is also supplied with a washing machine, allowing a convenient and stress-free stay. Secure parking is available for one car on the premises and free street parking is also available. Please be mindful of local parking restrictions and regulations.
