Featuring Three large and spacious bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests (maximum of 10 adults and 4 x children under 10yrs). The first bedroom boasts a comfortable Double size bed, while the second bedroom features a Queen and bunk bed. The third bedroom offers a Queen bed and 2 x family bunks (double bed with single on top) and a sliding door to the balcony. Please note all top bunks are only suitable for 10 years and younger. The property also includes two bathrooms, a large one upstairs and a smaller one downstairs. The kitchen offers quality appliances, a coffee machine, cooking facilities, and a dishwasher. The split system heating and cooling ensures that you are comfortable throughout your stay. Secure parking is included for one car, and the large living and entertaining area extends out to the undercover rear patio, which features an outdoor dining setting. The living area is equipped with a smart television and DVD player, and a laundry with a washing machine is available for your convenience. This apartment is perfect for any combination, whether it be a couple or a family, with ample room for two families. The apartment is directly across the road from a park, perfect for the kids to play, or if you feel like a swim, it is only a 2-minute walk to the beach. Cancellation Policy Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded. A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
