This home has been curated with custom pieces to make it the perfect space for visitors to enjoy. It can host five people with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and outdoor space. The location is prime, the street is quiet, and just steps away from countless restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. It is my priority that my guests enjoy their stay. If you are looking for a longer term stay in what is arguably Toronto’s best neighbourhood then look no further. Upon entrance it is hard not to notice the character and unique style of the home . Much love and care has been put into curating this house with custom pieces to make it the perfect space for visitors to enjoy. This three bedroom, two bathroom home can host up to six people. To accommodate that there is a fully equipped spacious kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area to relax and hangout. In the warmer months guests can enjoy the serene backyard and patio, which has a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and a flower garden. Not to be overlooked is the location of this home. Riverdale is a safe, beautiful, and vibrant neighbourhood. The home is on a quiet residential street, while being just steps away from countless restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, markets and music venues. Both Withrow park and Riverdale park are just minutes walks away. Getting around the city also could not be easier from here. If you come with a vehicle, there is one parking spot in the garage reserved for guests. Otherwise, Pape subway station is an 8 minute walk, or 5 minute bus with the bus stop being a 1 minute walk from the house. Many other bus and streetcar routes are within a ten minute walk of the home, and getting virtually anywhere in the city is convenient from here. As the host, it is my priority that my guests enjoy their stay. I make sure that what you see here is what you get, or better.
