Quiet room with its own kitchen & bathroom, close to the fair

Conveniently located (car & subway), but quiet overnight in Nuremberg in the countryside. In 10 minutes you can walk to the subway, which will take you to the main train station in 11 minutes. It is only 1 stop to the fair. But you can also walk directly from here in 20 minutes. The highway ramp is very close so you can be in the Playmobil Funpark in 20 minutes. The supermarket and bakery are a 10-minute walk away. There are also 2 Italian and one Greek restaurant nearby. The space The room is on the 2nd floor of a terraced house with private bathroom and kitchen. For 2 guests there is a cozy double bed, for more guests, more likely children, you can also pull out the sofa bed. The area here is very quiet. Guest access The shared staircase leads you to the 2nd floor where your room, kitchen and bathroom are located. Our office room is also on the 2nd floor, but we don't use it when you're there so as not to disturb you. During your stay Please feel free to contact us or write to us on Airbnb if we are not at home. Other things to note Check-in time is from 2 pm to 10 pm, earlier or later is only possible by prior arrangement. We are flexible during the check-in time itself, as we have a key box.
