Osprey House is located close by, an environmental info centre, a nesting platform is installed, try to spot the Eastern Osprey & their babies. The space You can relax on the balcony and watch the world go by on the river, 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room. In addition the full use of the back yard is available. Guest access The entire upper part of the home is available to guests during their stay, in addition the full use of the back yard is available. As we set pricing based upon the number of guests or the number of beds utilised. Please be aware of the following, if booking for guest numbers greater than 4 all 3 rooms are open for use, if 2 people book then the main bedroom with a view is provided, the other 2 rooms are locked. 4 guests book, then the second bedroom is made available. If you require access to any of these rooms you can contact us directly. By limiting room access it enables us to set pricing base upon the number of guests and thereby make our home more affordable for smaller guest numbers wishing to stay, but not needing all rooms.
