A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated water. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note, this is a shared property with a function centre, restaurant, and a second tiny house “Wonganella Estate 2” about 5 metres away. For group bookings, contact your land host 24 hours in advance. Other things to note - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Open Fires are not allowed at the moment due to the Fire Ban from OCT- MARCH - Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus & Vodafone; while 2 degrees & Spark are weak - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed with $30 per pet per stay by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times.
