Guaranteed to be the perfect temperature all year round, with lots of natural sunlight, this home has two heat pumps warming the main living area and bedrooms. A gas fire heats the separate media-room with Smart-TV that has multiple entertainment options, making this a cosy space to hunker down in the Winter months. Bright and sunny, the living area includes a fully equipped high-spec kitchen with stunning views leading to a large north-facing deck; the perfect spot to read a book, share a drink or to stargaze at night. The deck overlooks Roys Peak, Treble Cone ski field and Lake Wanaka. Three bedrooms will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The master room includes a King bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, the second and third rooms have a queen and two single beds. All beds are of premium quality. A double garage offers space to store sporting equipment and ski equipment so you can make the most of the adventures that Wanaka and the surrounding area has to offer. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
