The space The Villa is new, modern, immaculate, bathed in light and has been decorated with care and elegance. Amazing location : The Villa is located in a quiet and private two Villas Complex. The Villa is in a quiet residential area located in a dead end alley with walking distance ( 150 meters ) to supermarket, shops, restaurants and spa. The Villa offers 400 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces. Five en-suite beautiful bedrooms are spread across the two levels villa delivering privacy for everyone. The Villa can welcome 10 guests. On the ground floor, you find one en-suite bedroom with a kind sized bed overlooking the pool. You have two terraces to relax. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It opens onto the dining room and has the option of Air Conditioning. It overlooks the swimming Pool. The cooking station is located outside like in a summer kitchen to enjoy the sheltered outdoors of a Pergola. On the upper floor, there are four en-suite bedrooms with two single beds. Additionally, there's an outdoor lounge, a massage area, and five terraces all protected from rain and sun to provide delightful additional space to unwind. You will find at : ⁃ 100 meters : supermarket, Spa, Bank, ATM, Clinic, restaurants, shops ⁃ 400 meters : Cafe Del Mar Club, Canggu Square, Batu Belig Beach. ⁃ 1 km : Finns VIP Beach Club, Berawa beach ⁃ 5 kms : Seminyak - Legian - Kuta The location of the Villa is perfect. The villa is completely reserved for you and you will have a total privacy. Please note that the parking area only fit 1 car only (avanza size). Other things to note ADDITIONAL RULES: We understand that holiday mean fun and quality time with family and friends. We also strong believe in freedom and happiness but we also believe in respect and courtesy. Please follow this rules : 1) We do not allow parties. No outsiders allowed in the villa. 2) The villa is in a quiet area where the peace is essential. So out of respect for the peaceful neighborhood, the guests are kindly requested not to make parties or any kind of too loud or disturbing behavior. 3) Please leave the property as tidy and clean as when you checked in. Thank you. 4) Smoking inside the villa, rooms or bathrooms is forbidden and will be penalised by a heavy fine or by immediate dismissal. 5) You are personally responsible for anything you damage.
