A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and are welcome to take a stroll to the end of the lane, where you can find a lovely lake, perfect for small picnics. If there is no stock in the front paddock where the tiny house is situated, they are welcome to go for a walk in the paddock. During your stay, we advise guests to respect the privacy of the farmland that borders the lane on both sides and other neighbouring residences down the lane. A special reminder to guests that the garden is under development and are not permitted to access the garden or land host's private residence unless there is an emergency. Guest Advisory: To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and ensure a respectful environment for all guests, we are committed to providing high-quality linen. However, excessive staining from makeup, food, and other substances can lead to damage. Consequences of Linen Damage: - Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacing damaged or irreparably stained linens. - Guests will be charged for excessive staining that cannot be removed, based on the extent of the damage.
