 This is a charming older home, not a brand-new build.
To help you plan comfortably: * Bathroom – Shower only, no bathtub * Toilet – Standard toilet (no bidet/washlet) * Stairs – Steep indoor staircase and outdoor steps to the entrance * TV – No terrestrial broadcast channels * Heating – Kerosene stove & electric heaters in winter * Parking – No on-site parking Dec–Mar (possible 50 m away—ask in advance) These features give the house its unique character, but may not suit guests seeking ultra-modern amenities. Location: 90 min from New Chitose Airport, 60 min from Sapporo, 30 min from Otaru.
Beaches, a supermarket, and a hot spring are within walking distance. Guest access Entire 3-bedroom house. Free parking on-site except in winter. From December to March, there is no on-site parking because of snow. We may have another parking space 50m away, if it is free. Please contact us before booking to check. Other things to note There is a steep driveway and then steps up to the property which is raised on the hillside. This provides a wonderful view, but does involve a bit of exercise!
