Kelly Hollow Farm and Stay is located near the most popular Hot Springs attractions including Historic downtown, Oaklawn Race Track, hiking and biking trails, and Magic Springs Amusement park. The space This modern, studio style apartment has a full kitchen with new appliances. The accommodations include one queen bed and a twin sofa bed. A portable baby crib is available on request. There is a full bath with tub. The private balcony overlooks the hillside pasture and has outdoor seating, grill and smokeless fire pit. The apartment has WiFi and a smart TV. Guest access We are located on 22 acres near Hot Springs National Park. The property ranges from our beautiful, clear creek to the wooded hilltop. Guests are able to roam the property, the barnyard, picnic and relax anywhere on the property except our front yard. Two picnic areas are located along the creek. One is near the driveway and the other is more secluded and accessible by walking a short trail. Other things to note The property is on a dirt road and there is a one lane bridge to cross. We live onsite and travel it everyday in our minivan. WiFi is available inside and next to the apartment. It's adequate for streaming but may go out during a storm. Cell service can be limited in the area depending on your service provider.
