We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Linens and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels and note there are laundry facilities nearby. Nancy by the Bay provides beach toys, cooler and wagon use. If the property is left in poor condition or damaged extra costs will apply. This may also include excess garbage and picking up cigarette butts (NBTB is a non-smoking property) 8 adult guest limit. Could sleeps 10 (2 children under 6) on low cots with xtra guest fee. Guest access Guests will have complete access to all areas including the 2 self contained units inc. gas fireplaces, kitchens and living areas. Our extra large porch has seating and outdoor dining while the backyard is equipped with propane BBQ all 4 seasons. Feel free to make the most of the available amenities, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. WE DO HAVE SKI and snow mobile storage for added convenience under the front porch. Other things to note We require the booking guest as well as all adults to be 25 yrs or older- children are welcome. All names of guests along with ID (valid drivers license or passport) and vehicle license plates are required at time of booking. Smoking, parties and pets are prohibited. Noise by- law 11pm, not suitable for parties. Only the number of guests and cars registered on the reservation are welcome. If it is determined that the booker is not staying on the premises or a there are any unregistered guests at any time, reservation will be cancelled and extra charges will apply.
