Located half-way between Spokane and Lake Couer d' Alene, our home is a clean, smoke-free house 10 minutes from the I-90 Freeway and the Spokane Valley Mall. We make available the lower level of our home with 2,300 sq/ft with three bedrooms, a private bath, Family Room with Bar and Kitchenette. THE MAIN LEVEL UPSTAIRS IS OCCUPIED BY BOTH MY HUSBAND AND ME WITH AN OPEN STAIRWAY BETWEEN BOTH LEVELS, though a privacy screen separates the two levels. The space Quiet and upscale neighborhood close to Spokane Valley Mall. Family room has a large screen LED TV with Surround Sound. Private bath, with an additional semi-private bath upstairs (off the garage) if needed for larger groups. Because of the number of private rooms, private bath, and rest of the space available -- we make this space available to a group with a minimum number of 3 guests. You’ll love our place because of the comfortable and spacious rooms, the high ceilings, the views, and the location. Guest access The entire lower level is available, including a bath, three bedrooms (one with a king-size bed; the other with a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, plus a double bed, and a Hide-a-Bed in the Family Room. The total number we can sleep for the night is 10 comfortably and an additional 3-4 if part of a large family, although these additional people would be sleeping on an air mattress, floor mattress, or camping cot. An exercise room with a massage bed is available for our guests. Private access to the lower level is from the garage. Other things to note No Oven in the Kitchenette, though there is a Toaster Oven, MW Oven, Coffee Maker, Full-size frig, a hotplate, and griddle. During the Spring and Summer, we have a large patio with a large pond/waterfall feature that makes for a relaxing time outdoors. A park is nearby so that you can enjoy a short walk.
