Little Valley Retreat
Little Valley Retreat
Description
Enjoy the lovely setting of this secluded retreat, nestled in nature. We have gardens and friendly animals including goats, chickens, and ducks. You’ll enjoy total privacy with a fully fenced yard, private entrance. The suite has been totally remodeled and decorated in a moody, boho casual style. You will be ultimately comfortable at this special property. The space You enter the property through a private gate to the left of the house. Private and quiet, this is a sanctuary and retreat for you to enjoy. There’s no shared spaces, it’s completely private. The interior has dark wood floors, new kitchen with retro inspired appliances, open shelving, high ceilings, warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a dining space. The bedroom is tastefully appointed with a comfortable Queen bed and sitting/reading area. Bathroom has a walk in shower and dual vanity. The living room has a couch (not a sleeper sofa) and if you would prefer an extra twin mattress to accommodate a third person, just send me a message. If you want a little excitement, walk around to the right side of the house where there’s chickens, goats and dogs to visit. This area also has a vegetable garden and fruit trees to enjoy in Summer and Fall. Guest access You will access the home with a private key-code. Private entrance, private fenced yard area and access to the garden in Spring, Summer and Fall. Please note, although I will send you the door code a little early so you will have it on hand, check in is at 3pm, not sooner. Other things to note Please ensure the side gate remains closed as there are two very friendly dogs on the property. There’s extra blankets for cozy relaxation in the living room and on the love seat in the bedroom. There’s extra towels and an extra set of bedding in the bathroom closet for additional guests. Stairs: the living space is all one floor, but there’s a few outdoor steps to the front door.
