Situated in Catmon Cebu, this listing features a main house and a seaview villa. Vacationers can happily soak in their own saltwater minipool, enjoy immediate beach access, a grilling area for feasts, and amenities suited for abundant beachside optimism. Kayaks are available for sea adventurers, a sun deck and a pool to dive right into on a hot day. The space Additional Headcount Fee: In excess of 20 pax, extra pax fee of P1000/pax/night(13yo & up) or P500(4-12yo). Castle Shore can sleep up to a maximum of 30 guests. The main house features four (4) spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, plus a living room, dining area, a fully equipped indoor and dirty kitchen. The villa features one (1) seaview bedroom with an en suite bathroom, it's own sundeck and outdoor dining and kitchen. Pet Policy: We can allow up to 2 trained pets and subject to a pet fee of P250/pet for small-medium pets & P500/pet for big pets. Pets are required to wear diaper all the time and proper disposal of diaper. Pets are not permitted to stay on beds or couches and are not allowed to loiter without supervision and must be leashed always. Please ensure to clean up every after mess made within the property. Other things to note Pre Check In Requirements: Complete guest names must be submitted prior to check in. *Guests who wish to avail of special requests, dishwashing, or light cleaning may request our optional butler service for ₱1,000 per day. Please inform us in advance for proper coordination. As part of our Clean As You Go policy, guests are expected to wash their own dishes before checkout. A penalty of ₱1,000 will be charged if dishes are left unwashed upon departure.* **To ensure all guests can enjoy our amenities, we kindly ask that all borrowed snorkel gear be returned in good condition. A replacement fee of ₱1,500 will be charged for each lost or unreturned set of snorkel and goggles.**
