Kidd Island (CDA) Lakefront Beauty-Amazing views!

Kidd Island Beauty is a perfect getaway in the summer or winter. In the summer use the shared dock to access the water by paddle to explore around peaceful Kidd Island Bay or bring your boat to adventure around the main lake. Sunbathe on the expansive upper deck or read in the shade of the lower deck. Both have amazing views of the water and CDA resort! In the winter, cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the view. If you are up for a little adventure downhill skiing is less than an hour away at Silver Mountain. There is great snowshoeing nearby on Tubbs Hill and cross country skiing at 4th ofJuly pass(about 45 mins away). The fully stocked kitchen will make meal prep easy, just bring your favorite ingredients. Upstairs is a table that can comfortably seat the whole family as well as a nice island with barstools to sit and chat while meals are being prepped. Downstairs there is room for the kids to play or for everyone to cozy up and watch a movie. The firepit by the water is a perfect place to gather in the evening to roast marshmallows. No matter the season the easy drive to downtown CDA puts loads of fun shops, restaurants, antiquing, and art galleries at your fingertips. There is a spa at the CDA resort along with elegant dining and stunning views. The floating boardwalk is a treat anytime, but especially during the holiday season when it is decorated with thousands of fun light displays. Please note: Our property is equipped with a doorbell camera as well as a camera that monitors the driveway. Lake CdA has summer recreational water levels from approximately May 15th and begins to lower after Labor Day.
