Located in a quiet residential area in the city center, it is perfect for an individual, couples, vacationers or business travelers. Make yourself at home! The space The studio has a living area of 40 m² and consists of a combined living/sleeping room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area and separate workstation. The large French windows face south overlooking the garden. In the sleeping niche there is a queen size bed (140 cm x 200 cm). There is only this one bed in the apartment with sleeping accommodations for 2 people. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a washing machine for free use. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker (French Press), kettle, toaster, enough dishes and all cooking utensils. Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee powder are also at your disposal. The apartment is a self-contained residential unit with its own front door. Guest access You have the apartment all to yourselves. It is located on the 1st floor of a detached house and is accessible via its own front door with separate staircase. The apartment has a free parking space in front of the house. If I cannot personally greet you, you will receive the key via the key safe. Other things to note Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for infants.
