Accommodation in a typical Ticino house, with three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, two bathrooms with a shower/toilet/sink (one inside and one outside), a kitchen, a dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a garden with a table and a brazier/grill. For a fee, there is a MINI SPA with an outdoor whirlpool, sauna, cold water tub, and lounge area. Bike-friendly facility with a bicycle room. In the immediate vicinity: UNESCO castles, works by architect Snozzi (Wakker Prize 1993), cable car to Curzùtt, Tibetan Bridge and Via Ferrata. The space Ca' Polete is spread across three floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen and dining area in direct connection with the furnished garden (table, chairs, deckchairs, brazier/grill), an outdoor room with shower/toilet/sink and the MINI SPA for a fee (whirlpool and outdoor cold water tub; sauna, indoor lounge room). On the first floor, there is a bathroom with shower/toilet/sink, a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds or a double bed. On the second floor (with balcony) there is a double room and a double room with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. Total places available 6 (plus 3 in sofa beds). BIKE-FRIENDLY facility with enclosed room and bicycle wash, kit and repair corner, sale of inner tubes and possibility to wash/dry clothes (washer-dryer). PARKING In the space in front of the house, SHORT STOPS are allowed only for loading/unloading luggage (!) FREE parking: - 12 min. walk to the municipal parking lot "Ponte Tibetano" PAID parking: - 5 min. walk from the house (15.- CHF/day according to availability) - nearby and distributed throughout the village there are several public parking lots on the street - 2 min. walk to parking lots for electric car charging. Guest access The accommodation includes the use of a double room for reservations of 2 people, TWO double rooms for reservations for 3, 4 people and THREE rooms for reservations of 5 or 6 people. Guests can freely use ALL the other indoor and outdoor spaces of the house (MINI SPA for a fee). Please note that the use of an additional room (double for single use) in addition to what is provided in the reservation entails the payment of an EXTRA of: CHF 35/night (to be paid separately at the end of the stay).
