Entire house with equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot tub

The whole house is 65m2, a large living room connected to the kitchen with the possibility of cooking (including dishes, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, induction), bathroom with toilet, whirlpool and washing machine. The double bed is made of solid wood 180x200cm. There is also a folding chair with a mattress 80x200cm and a sofa. By agreement, it is possible to park the car behind the gate. From the Smíchovské nádraží metro station, it takes 17 minutes by bus number 129 and 318, from Wenceslas Square 40 minutes (16km). From the airport, the journey by car/Uber/Bolt takes 25 minutes. The space The plot is 243m2, next to the house there is a small front garden with herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme, mint) that you can use for cooking or tea. For heating, it is possible to use a direct heater or underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the living room, as well as a wood-burning fireplace with glass doors (wood is not included in the offer). The house is all yours, no other person will be in the house. The house has undergone renovations in the last 2 years using new materials: wooden floor in the living room, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom including 2x independently adjustable underfloor heating, completely new wiring in copper including circuit breakers, glass doors, new water distribution, external insulation with polystyrene, attic insulation, new gutters, a few more things remain to be completed. Guest access The guest can use the entire ground floor of the house. There are two houses in the yard, the other house is not mine, please respect the neighborhood. Other things to note Zbraslav is in the south of Prague. Almost the entire area of the district lies between the left bank of the Vltava River and the right bank of the Berounka River. There are forests and meadows, Zbraslav Castle. From restaurants I recommend Zbraslavský hostinec or in the center of Prague U Bansethu (roast duck), for beer then the restaurant Zlé časy, Strahovský brewery.
