Entire house of 65m2, large living room connected to the kitchen with possibility to cook (including dishes, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, induction), bathroom with toilet, jacuzzi and washing machine. The double bed is made of wood massif 180x200cm. There is also a sofa bed with a mattress 80x200cm and a couch. By appointment, it is possible to park the car behind the gate. From Smíchovské nádraží metro takes 17 minutes by bus number 129 and 318, from Wenceslas Square 40minutes (16km). It takes 25 minutes by car/Uber/Bolt from the airport. The space The property has 243m2, next to the house there is a small front garden with herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme, mint) that you can use for cooking or for tea. For heating, you can use direct heat or underfloor heating in the bathroom and living room, as well as a wood-burning stove with a glass door (wood is not part of the offer). The house is all yours, there will be no other person in the house. The house has been renovated in the last 2 years using new materials: hardwood flooring in the living room, tiles in the kitchen and bathroom including 2x independently adjustable floor heating, completely new wiring in copper including circuit breakers, glass doors, new water distribution, external insulation by polystyrene, oversized insulation, new gutters, a few more things to complete. Guest access The guest can use the entire ground floor of the house. There are two houses in the yard, the second house is not mine, please respect the neighborhood. Other things to note Zbraslav is in the south of Prague. Almost the entire area of the district stretches between the left bank of the Vltava River and the right bank of the Berounka River. Nearby are forests and meadows, Zbraslav Castle. From the restaurants I recommend the Zbraslav Inn or in the center of Prague U Bansethu (roast duck), for a beer then a restaurant Bad times, Strahov brewery.
