BlackWood '66 Apartment with Pool

Our brand new apartment is located in the new part of Siófok, only a 12-minute walk from Lake Balaton. This area is exceptionally quiet, away from the noise of the party district. Perfect place to relax. The area is cozy; completely newly built with beautiful holiday homes. The spacious terrace connected to the garden, which opens from the living room, provides a pleasant place for evening wine and barbecues. In summer, the swimming pool in the courtyard is the perfect addition to your holiday. The space Our apartment is designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 adults. For extra guests, the sofa can be converted into a wide bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, utensils and a capsule coffee machine. In the second bedroom, the two single beds can be pushed together into a double bed. We recommend that our guests take advantage of the opportunities provided by the courtyard and terrace in good weather, such as sunbathing on the beautiful green lawn, taking a dip in the pool in the heat or doing bbq in the sunset. Guest access Our guests can privately use the whole apartment and its spacious terrace. The pool and courtyard are shared with the other 5 apartments. Private parking space in the closed yard. Other things to note There is construction going on in the street, on another plot, so there may be some noise on weekdays. According to local legislation, guests must fill out the guest registration form that we send in e-mail before moving in the apartment. Only registered guests are allowed at the accommodation. There are other habitants living in the neighbouring apartments. Listening to loud music and being loud in general is prohibited during daytime and nighttime as well.
