LOWER LEVEL Guests who enjoy a cool atmosphere appreciate the lower-level living area featuring leather couches, an HDTV that sits above an electric fireplace for added ambiance or warmth, and a vintage bar where you can BYOB and mix up the cocktail of your choosing. The bar is equipped with wine glasses, pint glasses, cocktail glasses, koozies, and a large freezer to store your ice. Walk through the large, beautiful barn door in the lower living area to find the first of 3 comfortable queen bedrooms. Here, you’ll discover a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, a full-length mirror, storage space and a small, electric fireplace. Additionally, the lower level features a large bathroom with a walk-in, rainfall shower and wooden bench seat to wash your stresses away. You’ll also find a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer. *These machines have been well-loved but they’ll get the job done! The lower level floor is a beautiful faux, hardwood tile which can be cool in the colder months. You’ll love it if you tend to run on the warm side, but invite your slippers to join you if you prefer toasty toes. MAIN LEVEL Meander upstairs to the warm & welcoming main level where you’ll fall in love with the heart of the home, a full kitchen, stunning dining space and cozy living area. Here, the house boasts flooring of a different kind- recently installed farmhouse flooring sourced from rural upstate New York. The kitchen is equipped with all you’ll need to make delicious meals at home including dishware/flatware, Keurig coffee machine, Mr. Coffee machine, toaster oven, knife block, pots/pans, serveware, blender, etc. as well as coffee & tea pods, a few spices & oil. Adjacent to the kitchen, the stunning, handcrafted dining table comfortably seats 10 people, perfect for eating or working. The main living area invites you in with soaring ceilings, a comfortable couch, rocking chairs, a wood burning fireplace, Samsung Frame TV, record player, Bluetooth speakers, and games to create some fun bonding (or battling) moments. UPPER LEVEL Make your way up the wide, photo-worthy, plant-lined stairs to the top level where you’ll find the third cozy queen bedroom. Complete with a dresser and chair, you’ll appreciate this quiet corner of the house when you desire some alone time. At the end of the hall you’ll find a stylish dream awaiting you! The fourth bedroom contains Gucci-inspired luggage racks, 2 twin beds, and an open closet containing a dresser and 2 clothing racks. EXTERIOR Off the main living space, the entertaining area extends onto the front deck complete with a gas propane grill, dining table with benches, and a bistro set. You’ll adore this charming fresh air space. The rustic backyard includes a firepit/solo stove with Adirondack chairs, and a charcoal grill (BYO charcoal). Just through the back woods a small field is visible. Enjoy the back area quietly and you may see some white-tailed visitors there. When you arrive, you will first need to check-in at the main gate where you will receive your rental packet and instructions for how to get to the home. *The home features smart lock entrances to both the lower level and main floor doors. The customized passcode is the same for both locks. *5 min drive to Hideout Main Beach & Pool *2 min drive to Hideout North Beach *6 min walk to Roamingwood Park Other things to note GENERAL: *A Short Term Rental Agreement will need to be completed and submitted to the Hideout no later than 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to send back this form will result in rental packet not being issued by the Community and a $100 late submission fee, which you will be responsible for funding. *Bed linens and bath towels are provided. BYO beach towels. HOUSE RULES: *The community is a place where many travel to escape and seek a quiet and relaxed environment. Please respect those around you and refrain from loud and disruptive noise. Extra quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. *3-4 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Any additional cards parked without permission could result in a fine from the community. Street parking not permitted. *No smoking inside, please. *Lower-level bathroom has a macerating toilet system and cannot handle anything except human waste and toilet paper. Thank you in advance for following this rule and not blocking the system with other items. *50 gallon hot water tank. Please be mindful of hot water usage after each shower SECURITY: *For your safety, this property includes a Ring doorbell with an exterior security camera facing the front of the property, a Ring security camera on the upper deck monitoring the side door and sliding glass doors, and a Ring security camera in the backyard. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the property. POOLS & BEACHES: *Open Memorial Day through Labor Day. *Please bring your own beach towels.
