During the winter, you're just 2-miles away from Homewood Mountain Resort! You'll be welcomed by a cozy living room, furnished with a Smart TV( to stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Disney specials), gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. Make some hot chocolate and set the ambiance by getting the fireplace going! From here, you can access the balcony, great for summer cookouts. Grill up burgers on the gas BBQ and dine outside in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen is stocked with a drip coffee pot & Keurig, dishwasher, slow cooker, utensils, pots/pans, and more to make you feel right at home. Cook up your favorite meals and gather around the dining table for some great conversation and food. The master bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and Twin bunk bed, great for when you're traveling with kids! The 2nd bathroom is newly remodeled and has a standing shower. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, great for the extended stays. There is only one (1) designated parking spot. RV's and trailers are not allowed. Please remember to only park in your home's designated parking space, do not leave any excess trash outside, and only contact us (not the HOA at this home) for any questions. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits Other things to note There is a Traeger grill as well, guests must provide their own pellets Communal Pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting) Primary renter must be 25+ years old Washer and dryer in home. Not pet friendly BBQ is not guaranteed in winter. Wi-Fi may be slower during heavy snowfall. No A/C (like most homes in Tahoe - enjoy the cool mountain breezes).
