Charming house 500 m from the river

In the heart of the CEZE valley, close to Goudargues: house in a quiet hamlet near the vineyards, at the foot of the ST Sauveur hill (chapel with beautiful views of the valley). Nearby hiking and mountain biking trails (50 m). River 500 m away, several spots to swim. Canoeing possible. Many classified villages: La Roque sur Cèze, Montclus, Lussan. Sites to visit: Chauvet Cave, Pont du Gard, Anduze... Trial practice possible. The space The house was renovated two years ago, it is fully air-conditioned. It consists of a living room with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the south-facing terrace. You will find a bedroom downstairs with a 160 cm bed, a shower room. On the first floor, two 90 cm beds and a 140 cm bed with a second bathroom. The vaulted cellar awaits you for a relaxing moment with a dartboard! Free public parking is 50 m away.
