In the heart of the CEZE valley, close to Goudargues: house in a quiet hamlet near the vineyards, at the foot of the ST Sauveur hill (chapel with beautiful views of the valley). Hiking trails and mountain biking nearby (50 m). River 500 m away, several spots to swim. Canoeing possible. A lot of classified villages: La Roque sur Cèze, Montclus, Lussan, villages. Places to visit: Grotte Chauvet, Pont du Gard, Anduze ... Trial practice possible. The space The house was renovated two years ago, it is fully air-conditioned. It consists of a living room with sofa, TV and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the south facing terrace. You will find a downstairs bedroom with 160 bed, shower room. On the first floor, two 90 beds and a 140 bed with a second shower room. The vaulted cellar awaits you for a relaxing moment with a game of dart! Free public parking is 50 m away.
