I've spotted jack rabbits, foxes, and evidence of bears in the form of their "pear compost" for the land. You will also hear neighboring horses neighing, all manner of frogs in spring, cicadas, and rooster crowing in the morning. In drought conditions, please help preserve water use and limit length of showers, as the property is on a well and water is a precious limited resource. Smoking ONLY in DESIGNATED area with yellow bistro table and chairs. Access this area from the deck, or front yard, by walking into the fenced backyard located outside slightly behind the cabin on the gravel circle. See HOUSE MANUAL for other instructions and details of the space, and please reach reach out with any questions.
