Enjoy quiet, central, family-friendly home & neighbourhood surrounded by parks (big Greenwood park to the South: public pool in summer & skate trail in winter). Steps to streetcar and quick ride downtown. House has four bedrooms: enclosed 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor & open-plan 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. Back garden is spaceous, ready for summer bbq and outside family fun with custom tree house & plenty of child's toys. Ideal for families but other groups accepted. Welcome to Leslieville! The space Please note there is a separate entrance unit in the basement. Your space is the ground floor, second and third floor including kitchen, living/dining room and 4 bedrooms total as described above. For March, 2025, we will offer the whole house (certain rooms) to two lucky guests, and they may use the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom - you will have our family home all to yourselves! Guest access You have access to our garden, tree-house and patio furniture, also bbq on upper deck. The basement unit (separate from yours) has it's own patio. Other things to note We have one security camera in our entrance (facing in), which we consult only in the case of an issue arising. This if for your and our family's safety as this is our family home and neighbourhood. Absolutely no parties. We have Air Conditioning on the third floor where house gets hottest.
