Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants in the center of Les Paccots and in Châtel-Saint-Denis (for the more adventurous, a 30-minute walk!) The space The apartment consists of one living room and one bedroom and is located in a large chalet divided into 3 housing units. Ideally situated in La Frasse, you'll have access to the Riviera (Vevey, Montreux) within a 15-minute drive and to Fribourg and Lausanne in 30 minutes. The close highway access makes this accommodation perfect for a mountain stay, as well as a supportive point for work-related travel, all while being in a calm and green setting. The living room, bathed in light during the morning, features a large convertible sofa ideal for reading and direct access to the terrace with a private garden. The kitchen is open to the dining/living room and is fully fitted with a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room currently has a table for 4 people.
