Large house on a magical island in Bohuslän

Large, modern house by the water on magical Malmön between Smögen and Lysekil. Perfect for cozy days with swimming and walks along beaches and cliffs. Food and fish shop, restaurants and mini golf just nearby. First floor: Three bedrooms and toilet with shower. Middle floor: Just social areas! Kitchen, dining area, balcony, reading armchairs, TV sofa. Top floor: Large bedroom, sleeping loft, workplace, toilet with shower. The community includes its own jetty for morning dips and a boathouse for lunch or dinner on the jetty. The space The house is winterized and has all modern amenities. We are the third generation to have a house on Malmön and of course you will get our special list of tips on where to swim, watch the sunset, hike and barbecue. We also list a number of excursions in the nearby area. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note We prefer that you bring your own sheets and towels. Bedroom 1: Bunk bed, top bed 90 cm, bottom bed 120 cm. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, top bed 90 cm, bottom bed 90 cm. Bedroom 3: Double bed, fitted sheet 200*180. Bedroom 4: Double bed, fitted sheet 200*180. Sofa bed on the third floor: Bottom sheet 140*200.
