The 400 meters of golden sand and picón de Playa Bastián, make it the second largest beach in the town, and next to El Jablillo is another of the beaches to consider. They have their own gate's key so they are independents. Swimming pool Rules: The following Rules and Regulations are for the benefit of all our loyal guests to insure safe and sanitary operation of the pool facility at the Villa. It is severely forbidden skinny dipping or be naked in the outside area. Having a party is not permitted in or outside the Villa. Under instruction by the public health department, people with the following are not allowed to use the pool: Filamentous fungus, pyogenic bacteria, skin diseases and other infectious diseases. Persons with high fever, conjunctivitis(pinkeye), laryngitis. Persons in bandages or excessive taping. Children below 12 must be accompanied at all times by a person over 18. Please be informed that every child will be counted and charged accordingly regardless of usage of the swimming pool or not. Parents have a specific responsibility for the safety of their own children. Any injuries on the premises will be provided first-aid treatment. However, please acknowledge that the management will not be responsible for further treatment of guests who swim at their own risk (the management of the Villa is not responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred by anyone while using the Villa facilities). Before going into the pool, please remember to do warm-up exercises for your own safety. We also ask all our guests to take a shower before using the swimming pool for our sanitary operation. For maximum hygiene, it is mandatory use the cap for entry into the pool. No food and drink to be consumed on poolside. Glass bottles are strictly prohibited on poolside. Bathing is not permitted in bad atmospheric conditions, rain, wind, lightning and water temperature below 18 degrees Celsius. Any dangerous and violent actions (diving, submerging someone, throwing things or persons and other dangerous activities) is not permitted. Please refrain from wearing any shoes on the swimming premises. Glasses, sun glasses, accessories are not allowed to be worn inside the swimming pool for safety reasons. Please be informed that the pool might be temporarily closed due to weather conditions. The use of all electronic devices, including mobile phones & cameras is strictly prohibited for guests. Smoking into the pool is severely forbidden. With reference to issues not in the aforementioned, our staff may make requests when necessary. Guests who refuse to follow these rules will be turned away from the villa without a refund. The management and the staff of our company in charge do not respond in any way to any accidents, injuries, or anything that may happen to swimmers for their behaviors attributable to them, especially if in violation of this regulation.
