Vacation home in Ubajara

Very airy! 3.5 km from Ubajara National Park. Bed for 13 people. 3 en-suites + 1 social bathroom, separate entrances. Individual keys. Doors on all sides. Complete circulation outside, so that even if the group is large, everyone feels comfortable individually. Close to the Castelo Clube square, a quiet place for children. Come with family, friends, relatives and pets. Just bring clothes, sweaters, socks, personal care items and toiletries - you'll have the rest. The space The main part consists of a dining and living room, a double en-suite, a bedroom with two single beds and a social bathroom. Kitchen and household utensils. There are two more separate en-suites in the back. Hangers for hammocks in the bedrooms, living room and balconies. Guest access Access to all areas with lots of privacy Other things to note There are net owners. If there are more than 13 guests, we may be able to get mattresses. The garages hold small cars well. Being 3 or up to 4 cars. The North Side Garage is long but narrow. We have already received customers with Captur, Creta, Hilux SW4 (photo attached). However, there was already a single client who informed that his Hilux, because it is more modern, according to him he did not fit in the garage and stayed overnight on the street without problems. Note: If the car is lowered, be careful when climbing into the narrower garage so as not to hit the front underneath. Use the reverse sensor/camera to park. On the street, there is good lighting and night surveillance. There is no history of violence and theft in the surroundings. The house has bars in the windows and doors as a precaution, already lived someone who traveled a lot. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
