Time out - relaxation - feel good and just switch off. That was the goal when renovating our guest apartment. We want to respond to your wishes and also rent the rooms individually, for one night or even longer term. For solo travelers, families and groups. The space We renovated the house with a lot of love. We have 3 bedrooms with beds 1 x 1.40 m and 2 x 1.60 m, with a spacious wardrobe, small desk and chairs. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet awaits you, as well as a guest toilet. In the living-dining kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee maker, sofa, dining table, TV, you can cater for yourself. A spacious balcony invites you to have breakfast or enjoy the evening sun. Shopping such as baker, butcher, Netto, pharmacy are available in the neighboring village (about 1 km) Guest access We are on the edge of a small village, overlooking an agricultural estate, the forest, meadows and lots of nature. One of our neighbors, a hobby farmer, has chickens, horses, ponies, dogs, sheep and much more. A parking space on our spacious property is guaranteed. We also have a bicycle parking space with an electric connection. Excursions to Ulm (approx. 25 km), Stuttgart (approx. 60 km) and Blaubeuren are easily accessible from here. We use the first floor ourselves on the weekends, as we love our garden and like to spend our free time here. Other things to note The Löwenpfade are a pleasure for hiking enthusiasts. Those who like to ride racing bikes are sure to know the Alb Extrem, which often leads through Amstetten. Mountain bikers can let off steam, or golfers who want to play our beautifully located golf course. For railway lovers, we have a narrow-gauge railway, where a steam locomotive is still used from time to time.
