Located just behind the beautiful Hideaway community with easy access to 49 and I-20. 5 minutes from the charming downtown of Lindale and Texas Rose Horse Park, 10 minutes from Mineola, 20 minutes from Tyler and 30 minutes to Canton/First Mondays! Guest access Please stay on the side of the property and it’s immediate surrounding area. Please do not allow children, pets (or anyone) to play on play equipment behind main home on property as we will not be responsible for accident or injury on any equipment or grounds. This includes trampoline, slide, swings, firepit area, and any other equipment not within the cottage or on immediate front or back porches. Thank you!
