Fabulous location. Less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Kirkland. Minutes walk to Juanita Beach. Close to hospitals, restaurants, Totem Lake Mall, and easy access to major highways. Recently updated kitchen quartz countertops and cabinets, LVP flooring, and bathroom vanity. The space It is about 675 square feet. It is a basement unit but there are windows in the living room, bedroom, and bonus room which gives a nice light. The bathroom space is small but large enough to include a full shower. Guest access Guest can park at the front of the house. Public transport is readily available on 98th street, which is a short walking distance from the house. Other things to note 1. Ceilings are low. Persons 5 ft 10 inches or less would be most comfortable. 2. A family lives in the upper unit. You will hear normal movements e.g. getting ready in the morning and cooking. 3. The house is next to a green space. Please keep doors or windows that do not have screens closed when not in use to reduce the chance of animals and insects entering. 4. There is a sump pump in the basement, which helps to prevent flooding, which is common due to the rainy weather in the Pacific North West. You will hear the pump occasionally throughout the day. 5. There are enough toiletries to last several weeks. Guest to replenish as needed. 6. Do not place items directly in front of baseboard heaters. At least 12 inches is needed between heater and item. 7. Toilet has plumbing from the original construction. Do not flush anything but toilet paper. 8. Enjoy the free streaming channels. Subscriptions will be billed to guest if accessed. 9.
