Completely furnished and the customized extras promise to make your stay very enjoyable. Bring your boat! The dock has a lift for a boat & one or two wave runners. High-speed internet is provided. Our home is a newly built 3-bedroom, 3-bath, stand-alone lakefront property. The house sleeps 10. There is a private dock and we are dog-friendly! Great accessibility from the parking to the living area with no steps. There are just a few steps to the lake which allows anyone to come and enjoy this space. The wrap-around porch has plenty of seating to accommodate the entire family. Enjoy eating outside, or enjoying the view from two inside living areas. There is a gas grill and a Weber grill which complements the fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances. There is high-speed internet available, and work from the Studio is always an option! For those artists or budding artists, there is inspiration everywhere! Easels are available for your use. Bring your boat, or there are plenty of rentals close by. The kids will love the slide on the dock! Fishing is always a big hit with our guests, and if you want to build a fire, there is an area down by the lake. For all-adult groups--everyone must be over the age of 30. If bringing a dog, Must be over the age of 2 years and under 50 lbs. We have a wireless digital lock and you will be given the combination before you arrive. Other things to note If you want a newly built, private home that is perfect for your family vacation--this is it! There is plenty of together space with two living areas, and private spaces as well. We also welcome the family dog! (We do charge a pet non-refundable deposit of $100. The two-well dock will allow guests to bring their boat (6000 lb lift) or wave runners to enjoy the lake. Swimming, fishing, and just floating can consume your time during the day. Enjoy smores by a fire next the the lake, or a glass of wine up on the massive deck and watch the sun go down in the evening. This is relaxation at its best! We do have high-speed internet, so if you really need to work while you are here, you can! For the artists that enjoy the Studio on the Lake, they seem to find inspiration everywhere! There is space in the basement to work on your project, and easels are available. Come and enjoy what we call our happy place. We would love to host you!
