Located at Port Hughes, Bells Retreat is a holiday shack with easy access to the Port Hughes beach, just a short 3 minute walk away. With 2 spacious bedrooms – queen, 2 bunks – Bells Retreat can sleep up to 6 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. Bells Retreat has one bathroom with a shower only (no bath), and a separate toilet. There is reverse cycle split-system airconditioning in the lounge area, with ceiling fans in the master bedroom & lounge. The open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area is fully equipped with everything a guest needs for their stay including television with USB port & built-in DVD player, CD player & radio. Within the kitchen at Bells Retreat and adjoining dining area, there is a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove & coffee plunger, which guests will need to bring their own coffee beans for or purchase locally. The Bells Retreat laundry has a top load washing machine, with ironing facilities available including an iron & ironing board. Outside, this holiday house has a shaded outdoor seating area with shade sails and a built-in flat plate gas barbecue, with the rear yard secure & lawned. Those coming to fish will love the facilities offered at Bells Retreat with a drive through rear yard and boat parking behind the fence, as well as a fish cleaning area. There is space for up to 2 vehicles or boat to park off-street in the rear yard, and the undercover carport has room for a car or boat. Ideally located at Port Hughes, Bells Retreat is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to the Port Hughes Tavern & shop, with The Dune Port Hughes only a short distance away.
