There is one security camera facing the driveway and one security camera covering the main door, patio, and gate area outside the Guest Suite. There is an air quality monitor inside the unit. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 4, additional charges apply for each guest over standard of 2. Noise: Thornton's ordinance prohibits unreasonable noise at any time of the day, but more specifically at night, between 7 pm and 7 am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep unnecessary noise to a minimum whenever possible. Loud gatherings or music, for example, may be reported to the police as a disturbance of the peace. Parking: There is one driveway space provided. Please don't block driveways, mailboxes, or sidewalks.
