Relax at this peaceful 3 bedroom coastal hideaway on the water which is home to manatees, dolphin, fish, blue crab and birds. Cobb's Cove is within minutes of Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach, fabulous restaurants and the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Fish from the dock or explore the shallows with on-site kayaks. Relax on an expansive deck while grilling an evening meal or check out the Soundside Nature Preserve, for excellent birding and nature trail which is about 3 miles from the house. The space A beachy, privately owned coastal property which has been in the family for 50 years. Many items are hand made or handed down. This home has been designed and decorated with love, and intended to bring families together for memories made. Guest access All areas are of the house are accessible except for an owner's closet and an outdoor equipment shop. Other things to note Families and responsible adults (at least 25yo) are welcome at Cobb's Cove. Upon booking, an email address and a signed vacation rental agreement is required. A government-issued photo id may also be requested. To keep our home in great shape for future bookings, only guests with a minimum of two prior, positive AirBNB reviews may be accepted. No groups or parties allowed at this home. Upon check-in, guests agree to house rules provided prior to their stay.
