The space My name is Maria, and I was born and raised right here, in the heart of Hiiumaa’s pine forests. Although life eventually took my family elsewhere, this house has always remained close to my heart. A few years ago, I decided to bring my childhood home back to life together with my mother. It has been a project of love and dedication, one that may never truly be “finished”—there are always new ideas on how to make it even more cozy. I dream of adding an outdoor kitchen, a traditional sauna, and so much more, but as always, there are more ideas than time. This constant evolution is what makes this place a living, breathing home, not just another rental. Every corner has been shaped by our hands and carefully maintained over the years.
