KiKi’s Place on the Forgotten Coast

There’s nothing forgettable about this charming beach cottage, located in the heart of Florida’s Forgotten Coast! This cheerful home is near the beach, centrally placed between the charming towns of Port St Joe and Mexico Beach, (with two shared pools and a hot tub, workout area, high-speed WiFi, and so much more!) www.visitgulf.com The space KiKi’s Place is our little piece of heaven on earth. We have decided to make it available a few times a year for guest. You will find a clean spacious beautifully decorated piece of our hearts. Each bedroom has a private bath, large closet, flat screen tv. the Master Suite, located downstairs, has a King Size Temperpedic mattress and both Suites upstairs have Queen size Pillow top mattresses. The Living room has the most comfortable down filled sectional. You can enjoy many of our families streaming services on our large flat screen smart Vizio TV. Our kitchen has beautiful white quartz and stainless steel appliances. For our fellow coffee & tea drinkers, We not only have a Keurig but a kettle is available for a pot of tea! You will have full access to the entire house. You will however find several locked closets upstairs. Please refrain from forcing these doors open. We ask that you please remember that we are sharing our home with you. Please treat KiKi’s Place with respect. I’d like to share with you why it’s so special to me and why it’s so important that if you chose our home, that when you’re here that you realize how hard I worked to get where I am today. I spent the majority of my adult life as a single mom, working multiple jobs to provide for myself and my three children. Since I was a little girl, It has been my dream to one day own a home at the beach. I had worked really hard and in 2018, I saw my dream come true. I closed on Kiki’s Place Sept 5, 2018. I had fully decorated it by September 30th. Hurricane Michael made landfall October 10th and washed away my dream and broke my heart. My family had not had an opportunity to stay here together before we lost it. It took over a year to gut, remodel and have everything decorated again! We now treasure every moment here and stay as much as we can! We hope if you decide to stay that it will be as special to you as it is to us! We ask that you do not smoke inside or on the porches and we don’t allow eating on the couch or in the beds. Thank you for honoring the rules our family abides by! Guest access KiKi’s Place offers free parking for our guest. Two spots available in front or on the side of our home. Other things to note Our home is located in a gated community at 3050 W Hwy 98. Port Saint Joe is a Bay town but not far at all from the Gulf! The closest beach access is at Windmark Beach, it’s about a mile away. You are also less than 10 miles from Mexico Beach. Our Family also loves to visit Cape San Blas. It is anywhere from 10-20 miles away depending on which public access you stop to visit! It’s gulf and bay access. The most beautiful beaches and gorgeous water is located at the tip of the Cape, at the TH Stone Memorial State Park!
