Non-smokers: relaxation in the Southeast of HH! I offer a cozy work or holiday apartment (60sqm, ground floor), incl. breakfast (starter pack) for short stays. Own entrance, terrace, garden, car park in the forecourt. Location in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wentorf. From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km). The space You will love the quiet! You can walk into the forest. Great starry sky in summer. The living room has a view of the garden and a cozy reading/working niche. The apartment has windows to the north, east and west, but not to the south -- so it is always pleasantly warm, but never hot in the summer! So: no air conditioning necessary. Guest access Hallway, living room, kitchen, bedroom, terrace, forecourt. Garden shed if required, rental bike if required. Other things to note The bed is 160cm wide.
