The apartment is situated in the heart of the historic market town of Penrith at the NorthEast gateway to the Lake District. Extremely convenient for the many restaurants of the town. Ample parking, very close to the bus station and a short walk to the train station. The apartment is part of a grade 2 listed historic building with an attractive communal entrance. IMPORTANT: SAME DAY RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER 1pm MAY REQUIRE A 2 HOUR NOTICE PERIOD. The space Guests must note that the apartment is very small. It is best suited for two three people. It can sleep five, but this is really an emergency provision for large groups on a budget needing only a place to sleep. Other things to note Normal check-in is after 1500hrs and normal departure is before 1100hrs. I’d an earlier arrival time is required or a later check-out is required then please confirm in advance.
