In the heart of the Charente-Maritime, a 3-star Gîtes de France cottage and partner of the Rochefort and Saintes tourist office (3-star furnished tourist accommodation), you can expect quality, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Our property has only one gîte, so you will be privileged guests! Whether you're exploring the charming surrounding towns, enjoying nature or discovering the local culture, our gîte is a great base. The space In a small hamlet, renovated rural gîte, located close to the owners' house. On the ground floor, kitchen/lounge/lounge. Laundry/WC. Upstairs, shower room/toilet and 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with 1 bed 160 x 200. Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 160x200 modular in 2 beds 80x200. Large enclosed common garden of 8000 m² and private space. Covered and secure communal pool (10 m x 5 m) open from May to September. The pool is shared with our house, but we leave you the pleasure of enjoying it alone! Bicycles available.
