Zelie's Place – Douglas, WY

You will love this tranquil and spacious two bedroom, one bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Zelie’s is located near several significant tourist destinations. Whether you are on your way to Yellowstone National Park, the Grand Tetons or the Black Hills, this is a prime location to recharge after a day on the road. While you are with us, don’t forget to check out local attractions, such as Glendo, Laramie Peak, Ayres Natural Bridge or Casper Mountain. The space Welcome to Zelie’s in Douglas, WY. Be our guest in this partially remodeled pearl of a home built over one hundred years ago. The living room is designed to accommodate small gatherings with a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating options. The Garden Springs Room has a queen bed and The Wild Rose Room has two twin beds. The back lounge is an eclectic house addition, with an extra twin bed. A playpen, toddler bed, pull out couch, and a roll out queen size futon mattress are available by request. It’s currently equipped to comfortably sleep 7 people in four separate sleeping areas. Keep in mind there is only one bathroom. Get cozy and stay awhile. The kitchen has a coffee and tea bar, some newer cabinets, a cool fridge, a microwave, lots of storage, and all the basics to make homemade happiness. The kitchen floors are just right for boots and dancing and turning up the music while hand-washing dishes. Sweep off the back patio from the never-ending sprinkle of twigs and leaves that fall from the trees and use the outdoor space for a picnic, tea, or dinner when the weather is warm, dry, and kind. Guest access Guests are able to access all parts of the property except for the back garage and basement. Watch your step. There is a step on the front porch and a step in between the kitchen and back lounge without a railing. Some steps are closed on the back porch. Other things to note Zelie’s Place is an insta-worthy spot in Douglas for business trips, visiting a loved one, catching up with friends, vacationing in the Wild West, or retreating in a home that feels full of grace.
