The space Coral Cottage has comfortable rooms that radiate warmth and relaxation, helping you unwind after a glorious day at the beach or fishing at Lake Seminole (ranked for top fishing, boat-owners, rejoice) or in the private pool. You're just 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 2 hrs from Disney World. This home provides the perfect setting for peaceful slumber, revitalizing mornings, and serene moments that create life long memories. The floor plan is cozy, open, no steps, with a large flatscreen TV which is a joy to come home to after a fun day in the sun! To kickstart your vacation we provide a starter of dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels. There are some spices and cooking oils in the kitchen for you to use. There’s a filter water faucet at the kitchen sink for drinking water and for coffee. To complete your reservation, you must sign the Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability Form. Your rental will be canceled if this form is not signed. A link to the form will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. No pets, No commercial photography or filming, No parties, No events, No smoking of any kind, No vaping, and No drug use are allowed anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors. Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property. Violating these house rules will result in a fine of at least $450, possible removal from the property without a refund, and additional charges based on any damages incurred.
