Victorian Townhouse in Tring

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. The space The house is set over 4 floors and has a town house feel to it. You enter onto the ground floor where you have the living, sitting room and kitchen down some steps to the garden. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms and a single day bed office/study space. There is a bathroom with a shower attached to the roll top bath. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite attached to it with a big shower. The top floor is an attic room and it wouldn’t suit anyone with poor mobility. It is a very spacious and big room with lots of light. The lower ground floor has a games room and the laundry area with a toilet. This area is used by myself to wash the bedding if I have Airbnb guests and store some things. It doesn’t really tend to get used by guests. The garden chair cushions are situated on the lower ground floor in the room by the back door. The electric box is in the games room at the back on the right in a slatted cupboard. The heating is a ‘hive’ heating system. There are 7 parking spaces out the front and is on a first come first serve basis. There is also free parking around the side streets.
